Nasus plz... I need your thoughts Riot.

I want you to think about this to begin with...

Everyone knows the item item 3041 and what it effectively gives you alongside its stacking mechanic, now imagine this, Riot decides to have an endless cap on the item and it gives you flat Ap per champion kill, these stacks cannot be removed as a result of death like it currently is; In essence you now have Nasus, except its less op because Nasus gets stacks per kill on anything provided it is with his q, yes you can argue "oh you're just a bronzie scrub and you don't know how to deny Nasus farm" and whatnot; However when I pay most of my attention to Nasus and destroy him in lane as Fiora (a semi tank killer) only to get 1v1'd by him when he is 1 and 7 with barely any cs, let alone stacks, I'm sorry but I get pissed. I really want to question the person who thought infinite scaling damage was a good idea paired with an ultimate that deals aoe magic damage and grants defensive stats on a TANK! The idea of this is to say the least not thought out well as it basically means this guy can build full tank and as long as the game goes on long enough, you have a free ticket to victory. Yes he does a lot of damage and this is the way his kit works but then you have his passive which gives him scaling life steal beginning from 10% at level 1, to put this into perspective this is equal to that of a Vampiric Scepter's life steal at level 1, which later scales into 20% at level 18 equal to that of a Bloodthirster's. Here's the thing life steal becomes more effective based off how much damage you deal, now if you build more life steal (which Nasus players do not typically do), it will obviously be more effective. This doesn't even matter however because as I said the guy can build full tank and deal ridiculous damage and so long as he keeps hitting his q (which isn't difficult because of his ridiculous stun, cough I mean slow on his W), he can maintain a full health bar in fights where damage dealers have no effect on him, especially if you are melee as that means he can hit his q easily as kiting isn't that effective with melee champs unless you are Yasuo -.-

There's no counter mechanic to ensure Nasus doesn't become this monstrosity late game, such as removing maybe a 1/3 of stacks early game, provided you kill him and a 1/7 when he hits level 16 as farming isn't a priority this late into a game. The idea is obviously to make him essentially fight able, allowing him to still be able snowball and will put a distinct gap between good Nasus players and the not so good, not just running bot and split-pushing and if things go pear shaped press r for instant double kill no, that shouldn't be the case and sadly it currently is. They will have to think about the repercussions of split pushing, what it could mean for them and the risks they are taking as it'll hurt their damage making them easier to deal with, but right now they can free roam and push lanes relentlessly. I shouldn't have to stay top throughout the whole game to make sure this dog doesn't become a God, miss out on crucial team fight and get flamed by people who say I'm just sitting top and if I leave I'm making an equally bad decision to do just that.

I thought the general idea of league is that every champion obviously has its perks and advantages/disadvantages and it would be impossible to make each champion equal in strength to the others, but skill would be the main factor of who wins/loses games, right now broken champions that are easy to play dominate games especially in solo queue. I wish I could rely on my team and hope they make good rational decisions within games but I can't control that and one of the main factors of high skilled players is teamwork, unless you're Faker of course. It is most likely that changes won't be made to Nasus regarding this stacking mechanic and or counter play greater measures and mainly because he is one of those champions who makes up the face of league, along side Yasuo, Yi, Fizz, Darius, the devil himself and more that I haven't mentioned... Not only that but his lore who states him as a God but that shouldn't determine how balanced he is within the game, look at AurelionSol for Christ's sake he's lame (after all that hype ;-;). making this guy balanced damages the community which sucks so much as it isn't fair to play against this champion. Anyway tell me what you think, where I'm wrong, what plausible changes could be made and spare me on the down votes. Please no die hard Nasus mains that think he is balanced just because they main him.

Sorry, but the Mejai's thing is just too off the wall. Nasus isn't even a late game champion anymore. If you don't win before a certain point in time your stacks as Nasus stop mattering, and you simply get kited to death every time you try to do something. Those stacks will let you be a mid game power house, but once true late game champions hit their stride Nasus is nothing more than a tower destroyer.

He hasn't been a true late game monster in a long time, which people really need to start figuring out.

nasus is one of the worst champ in the game atm alongside with tryndamere he has never been a late game champion, he is a midgame champ where people don't build penetration and he has free damage from q but builds tanky when late game comes enemy just laughs at the poor nasus

You lose to the 1/7/x Nasus probably due to the fact that he built armor, not that he has some amazing amount of stacks. That's part of the reason Nasus is strong, he doesn't need damage items to deal damage. Notably, he'd have to have some farm because he would need levels and a few stacks to 1v1 you. And maybe you shouldn't 1v1 him when he's got his ultimate. That said, Nasus is currently one of the most terrifying top-laners for me. (Especially since I don't actually play top lane that often.) This is mostly due to the fact that you know that at some point, he's just going to walk down into midlane and burst down your towers. And then stand there tanking for his team while demolishing all your squishy carries. If unchecked, Nasus is absolutely dread-inspiring.

But he can be stopped. Even after he gets stacks. He is melee after all.

  1. Separating your thoughts with periods makes posts less of a headache to read. Look at this!

That is how it should read.

2.Personally, the best suggestions to make a champ fair, without destroying him/her, have always come from people who like the champ. You seem to hate Nasus and are determined to destroy him.

press r for instant double kill

You seem to be exaggerating, because I have never had this happen.

he can maintain a full health bar in fights where damage dealers have no effect on him

There is this thing called "resistances" which are countered by true damage and ______ penetration. You need to build those against tanks. Namely item 3035 and item 3135 help very much. item 3036 especially against high health, armor stacking tanks.
