Irelia & trinity force synergy = busted... Again?

Mainly to be honest I don't really have problems with Irelia being a Fiora top laner, however I feel for those who don't have a parry or some counterplay to her e because that thing is on an extremely low cooldown, so much that it can turn fights in her favour extremely quickly. I did some research and she has the highest win rate for any top laner currently, along with the highest pick rate and yes just because these stats show how good of a champion she is does not necessarily mean a nerf is in order, however in this case it is.

I'm sorry but I don't really understand how a top laner apart from Garen/Renekton would be able to beat her. She can build semi-tank, semi-damage but the damage portion is devastating. Her Q Ad ratio is above the 100% mark and pair that with true damage and a stun based based off an opponents health, it dominates the opposition. You can build item 3111 or item 3139 to try to counter this, but they are expensive items that no one really has access too so early on in the game and you sacrifice situational items for the rest of the team. I have looked online for ways to counter her but there aren't any to be honest apart from choosing champions that outright beat her in lane, the only thing that stops her is a high number of ganks and roaming, both of which are very risky and could go terribly wrong. With maximum Cdr (which is something quite easy for her to attain now, given the changes to trinity force), her 'E' stands at a cooldown of 4.8 seconds, it also has a scaling disable duration from 1 second at lvl 1. to 2 seconds at lvl 5. That is insane! with Trinity force's recent buff, Irelia has gained this huge indirect buff allowing for greater attack speed with the item, sheen activation on her q dealing 100% added damage (of base damage), more auto attacks for true damage on her 'W' and if things go pear shaped an 'E' activation to turn most, if not any, 1v1 around.

Trinity force isn't the problem, in fact I think that the recent changes are amazing and I hope they don't get tweaked or reverted, it is just the synergy Irelia has with the item that just gives her an insane power spike mid game (where she shines). Most likely and I hope there will be nerfs to Irelia but not crippling ones because she could easily be a healthy champion that individuals are still willing to play, maybe an increase on cooldown on her 'E' because as I would imagine, fighting her becomes quite annoying and gimmicky, its a choice of 'do I fight her with lower health and risk it to avoid the stun on the 'E'' or do the opposite and risk getting bursted down as a result of taking the stun. I dunno I just hope something balances out in the future. Hope you lot see where I'm coming from.

I recently got irelia and I agree... TF on her is pretty damn op. It's like a 1.2 AD ratio + bonus ad from TF + bonus passive damage from TF makes if stack up to about 500 vs minions, 200-400 to champs depending on how tanky they are (midgame). I'm not suggesting a rework, but I'm suggesting that maybe u change the AD ratio a bit, or make it not do over 1.00 at least.

They kinda ruined trinity force Trinity force was the go to Bruiser item, now it's just . . .idk what is it? Like tanky fast attackers? Bruisers built it for critical strike chance and all around perks now its just . . . . uh idk . _ .

Sources? And jax is more a bitch than she is while scaling better with his cancerous ball of stats. Also, susan's low cd 40% cdr slow.
