make her kit more impactful by making her ult less powerfull. her basic abilities are FAR LESS impactfull then her old one. just because you dumped EVERYTHING IN HER PASSIVE does not mean you fixed her "core problem" personally i thought her kit was FINE she needed some tuning to her early game clears to keep up with the meta jg THAT'S IT.
so revert that crap already instead of hotfixing and bring it back to the rework table.

You clearly have not seen her W and E. Those two might be as powerful as the entirety of entire release Xin, who was capable of 1v5ing teams.
