Has anyone told you Riot that your balance work on Caitlyn is quite stupid?

Her trap time are B.S any CC/slow she can place a trap on your feet and instantly root you with a free head shot then trap net for another free head shot. Why the shit did you give her 3 chances to head shot the enemy? minus the auto attack set up. She was pure balance because for starter she has mobility with the net that can slow, she is the longest range champion probably next to Varus. So why the crap does she not get nerf? it's fken stupid how just a 1 sec CC of any time or slow that is over 50% gives enough time to set up a trap that can re CC you and do a head shot Q then E slow+head shot combo.
