It's a hilarious skin, but no wayyyy could this happen. They'd need samsung to agree, and they prolly want this whole exploding phone thing to go away as quickly as possible. It's real bad for business. lol. Sorry to rain on the parade. :-S

As long as what is being thrown isn't recognizable as a Note 7, they can do it. Besides, this game is Chinese owned now (Tencent), and those people copy everything anyway (having even won cases over BMW and other car companies in copyright lawsuits).
So a few pixels that just happens to be obviously a Note 7, yet not actually displayed anywhere, should be just fine.
I wouldn't mind a Samsung Galaxy Twisted Fate skin, where his Q is throwing Iphones. xD
@ Samsung: Cry me a riven if you want over this, but I will still keep buying your TVs, monitors, flash-based memory cards, SSDs and even phones, if you got the features that I want at the right price (which is basically whatever).
