Should Banner of Command come back

I really liked the potention of this item. I understand that the promote active never will see the light of day again during how easy it is to buildup a slowpush. But I came up with a different version:

#Banner of Command

  • Recipe: item 2053 (900) + item 1026 (850) + 750 [=2500]
  • Stats: 55 Armor, 55 Abiliy Power
  • Unique Aura - Promote: Nearby ally minions are armored (litterly wearning armor now & are slightly bigger) these minions will recieve less damage from aoe. You will recieve last hit gold if a minion kills a enemy minion.
  • Unique Point Runner: You now buildup point runner near your own minions as well.

Should have never made it a tank item, they should make it an Enchanter/Heimer item again.

There are 2 things I would change here

A) Why is this an AP item? I don't see many AP champions that would like to use this, I would change the stats to purely tank stats.

B) Building point runner around minions is huge, way too strong. What I would do is to switch that with the Movementspeed bonus for champions from the Captain Enchantment (still keeping the normal point runner of course)

When you do those 2 then this would be an item for tanks / initiators that want to help their team at sieging.

Getting gold simply by standing near the minion wave is absurd.

Remove that 100%.

I would support making the minions sturdier, but in exchange for losing some of the user's resistances. Something like

Nearby minions get 20% of your armor and MR, while this is active, the user loses the same amount. (number is indicative) This will create counterplay and interactivity (such as the enemy leaving 1 minion alive and focus the champ)

item 3010 (1100g) +item 3105 (1100g) +600 = 2800 250 HP 300 Mana 35 Armor 35 MR

May past through you own creeps ** Minions around you will be granted bonus HP, Armor and Magic resist Based on your Bonus** HP, Armor and MR So if you had a Bonus of 100 Armor You will give them 30 armor.

Passive:IF a minion around you dies, this will heal the rest of the wave for 25% of their missing HP. CD of 15 Seconds

And maybe a stat check, IF you are around minions as they Die. It will check to see how much %was AD and AP dealt to them by Champions, And the next wave You can use the active giving them the bonuses. (Kay some bad numbers but...) If 75% of the damage from champions was AD and 20% was Magic, and 5 was True Damage. You can use the Item to grant them 75 Armor and 20 MR.

This way, IF they're an all AD Team, You can give your minions Bonus Armor.

But My numbers are very rough. and essentially you could give them about 250 Armor+ if stacking armor, which is actually busted. So numbers need to be ignored.
