Toggle hotkey or command to disable/enable in-game chat?

Is there an option for this?

Sometimes I don't even want to be able to type out my impulsive thoughts let alone read others but then mood changes and and want to use the chat again, this can happen several times in one match I need a way to quickly enable and disable chat without opening settings.
