@Riot Are there any AOE spells in development that deal damage based on how many people are hit?
For example: 1 Hit: 100% of the damage 2 Hits: 50% of the damage each 3 Hits: 33.333333333% of the damage each 4 Hits: 25% of the damage each 5 Hits: 20% of the damage each
It would probably work best on an Assassin. And it really pushes the Assassin description of picking someone off. Not the current assassin execution (heh) where they pick off a target that's with their team but have some sort of escape so they aren't punished, or they have some sort of reset so they can pick off more grouped targets (sidenote a grouped team should never be afraid of one person).
No, AOE spells of this nature would actually incentivize picking off out of position targets since it's the only way to get their full damage out onto their target would be if they're alone. Naturally, for this mechanic to be effective, it would have to be attached to their main damage spell so that they lose out on a lot of damage if they use it wrong.
I take commissions in RP and any champ that gets this mechanic. xD
