Why don't we have the option to disenchant emotes for orange essence?

I've had a Dark Star Khazix shard for almost a month now and I've only been like 15 orange essence away from upgrading it. I finally got another chest today thinking today might be my lucky day, only to get an emote permanent.

Keep in mind I got an emote that I like(the Fiora clean emote) but I still want the option to disenchant it for OE.
