Playing Against Smurfs in Normals (Read Before Flame)

I've literally been playing a little over 5 months. I'm a fast learner. Everyone is accusing me of smurfing (and I'm playing against smurfs).

I am not toxic. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, if anything at all. I've recently bought some champions (with ip, of course) and have done extremely well with them with help from guides such as MOBAFire and YouTube videos. I have a high KDA with these champs as well.

I don't mean to sound b*tchy, but it's getting annoying. Should I just /mute all? Playing against smurfs ruins my experience because they are too good for me.

that fact you are bronze means they probably didnt know what tf they were talking about either.

when i smurf in bronze no one ever calls me out on it unless i straight up tell my team im smurfing

Mute flamers, play the game. Some of the reason people play on smurfs is for what they consider an easy game. Me personally with the stupid normals system atm i keep being pitted against plats and diamonds, so i am more and more tempted to just play on my smurf for a little while since its only lvl 16, so i do not have to deal with being camped every game just because im the only silver, or the highest ranked on my team..... Whenever im not support, i get camped. When i do support, they try camping, we get triple, so they bring 5 next time.... Really annoying.

Hey there and welcome to the world of League. Don't be concerned about it in the slightest. Because of Riots "system" and how the ranking ladder functions. Smurfing ends up being an incredibly common practice at all skill levels of the game. Hell I was once accused of being some korean smurf account that was scripting when I played zilean in this one game long ago. It just happens and when it does just let it happen. But anyway as a fellow bronzie myself I have only this to offer you.

Don't do /mute all, instead mute a person the moment "you" think they're being toxic. If they give you a single ounce of flame, mute them. /mute all should only be used in severe situations and you don't want to become a tilted wreck.
