Elo Hell Exists To Some People (Picture Proof)

To an extent, elo hell does in fact exist. I made a new account and eventually got placed in silver 5 and have been climbing ever since, so I know I don't belong in bronze elo.

However, on my main account I've had since September 2016, I am hard stuck bronze 2. (almost 600 games)

I had won 2 out of my 10 placements in October, but got hard carried both wins; got placed bronze 1. I still never learned anything the right way up or how to play many champs until about 4 months ago.

I've learned a hell of a lot more and gotten a lot better with a plethora of champions. I climbed from bronze v 0LP all the way to bronze 2 60 LP or so. I've gone back down to bronze 4, up to bronze 2 and have remained in bronze 2 since.

Pertaining to the title, this is why people claim it exists. Bot lane flamed me for not roaming when Jhin was 5/0. Being a jungle main, I know to not gank lanes that are behind. So the only point of ganking a 5/0 jhin would be to get him even more fed. They had a combined 28 deaths. 28 deaths

How the fuck does that happen?

TL;DR I've gotten better and learned more about LoL and am steadily climbing out of low elo.

I wouldn't call that Elo hell. Effectively there were a lot of things you could do better. I'm only Plat 4 (Top 6%) but I do strongly believe you can easily reach silver by just understanding the fundamentals of the game.

A) Pick good champions. TF is a complex champion to play and frankly anywhere under high diamond the cons outweigh the pros for the champion. Play Annie or something simple.

B) Maximize CS. You claim to not want to roam, and that's cool considering the situation.. but your farm is absolute garbage. 40min game and >150 farm is absolutely unacceptable if you want to climb. Aim for 10cs/m in a passive lane like TF into Ahri, more realistically, 7-8 CSM is acceptable.

Elo hell does not exist. These are cherrypicked situations that look unsolvable from the outside. Try to refresh on the basics and you'll climb.
