Ok, strange. xD I thought maybe he went with Warlords and wanted RFC to load the energize effect of Warlords and Static faster with it. But his keystone was DFT. ^^

Actually if you build full attack speed Jhin (and that includes Runaan) his movement speed rises everytime he crits for a couple of seconds.
