Please do something about LeBlanc's W

It has extremely high dmg and it's super easy to hit since it has a big hit marker + it's instant. There is no counterplay early game vs this, she just Ws in your face, does one auto, returns back and you are left with a big chunk of hp missing.

Once she is back to lane after the first shop with 30ap item, 2 combos and you are either dead or on less than 10% hp.

It's so annoying and broken, please do something about this already. She has been in top bans since forever and there is nothing being done about her. She is so obviously broken.

The leash range on Ethereal Chain is 1000. One thousand. That's absurd. It should be like 750 or something.

Also, I feel like Distortion should have an extremely long cd, reduced by x seconds per champions hit. Just my 2 cents though.

How about an actual solution? Push the wave so she has to choose between using her W for harass or clearing the wave.

He probably just got rekt by a LB. by i do agree, in the hands of a competent LB main it's really hard to deal with her. Just survive levels 1-4 is really the only thinf you can do

It's not instant, though, you know. If it were instant, you'd cry yourself to sleep every night, I can promise you that. Nunu

It's pretty easy to dodge in lane if you have any sort of dash, since Leblanc will almost always Q you before they W. Whenever I play Yasuo, I just dash towards her whenever she q's me, she misses her follow up W, and now has no escape. Easy pickings.

It has high damage because its the only spell in her entire kit that doesn't need to be double proced to deal actual damage. if you're some adc meta main thats bitching because they can't position against a champion you buy BV against and then win for the rest of the game I'm gonna laugh at you.

probably your champ pool, leblanc on the other team is an easy win for me. I don't play any champions she can burst so I just laugh at her. Sorry you cant blindpick ahri like a weeaboo man :(

With over 9000 level of safetiness she has, LB (along with nida, ahri, zed and Lee Skill), should deal 1/3 damage shes doing now.

Yup, at level 2 her usual playstyle is:

Q+W + AA + W ... now you're at about 60% HP and she's out of any retaliation range. Wait for cooldowns. Q+W+ignite + AA + W ... now you're at 20% HP and probably dead from ignite soon, and she's once again out of range to retaliate.

And if you do manage to knock her down a bunch, that passive will come by and save the day for her.

She is WAY too slippery for the amount of damage she deals.

i think her damage is fine i just think her mobility is just too much

I pick Karma into LB, works just fine for me. LB isn't as OP as some people make her seem. Just a bunch of baddies that don't know how to play against her.

There are three types of people: The people who think she is easy to go against yet they give no tips on how to go against her. Then there are people who thimk she is flat out broken. Then there is me: the guy who is waiting for Taric rework.

She needs a delay on her second W activation and a shorter leash range on her E

Those are the most frustrating parts about her kit. If, after that, she is too weak, then she can be buffed in other areas, but those two things need to change.

it's instant

Is it instant?

I also feel like LeBlanc's W is really obnoxious, although I do feel like it is somewhat appropriate to have it deal a fair amount of damage so she has to actually get into melee range to deal damage to you instead of just nuking you with three abilities from range.

Something I feel would keep LeBlanc feeling like LeBlanc is if her W recast had her dash back to her original location (as opposed to blinking, like it is on live) and have her E's tether radius reduced.

The former would allow her opponents a lot more room to play against her because they would be able to read when she is traveling back to her original location and to trade with her when she dashes back, as opposed to when she blinks back and you have no time to react to her blinking back, so you have to chance a 50-50 in order to trade with her that isn't really a 50-50 because the LeBlanc player can still read your cast times and react to your play to make a decision to blink back to specifically dodge your skillshots.

I had a game playing against a LeBlanc as Lux, and I found that predicting when LeBlanc was going to return to her original location was a really good way to play against her, as I was able to cast my Q or E at her original location, and land them as soon as LeBlanc blinked back to her original location. This was basically the only way I was able to kill her all laning phase. I managed to have fairly decent predictions regarding her returns, but I feel like you shouldn't have to predict, and instead react to her dashing back, turning LeBlanc's W patterns from relatively free harass into a 50-50 into a more strategic game where you have to take risks to get the damage she has off of her W.

The latter also gives her opponents more opportunities to play around LeBlanc by forcing her to be closer when she tries to burst her down. She shouldn't be able to jump in, burst you down with both procs of her Q, her W, and both procs of her E while still being able to get out safely. She should have to work to trigger her E while still allowing her opponents counterplay against it.
