Kat vs Yasuo mathup advice...?

Ive been playing ALOT of Kat and basically maining her and I've been learning most of her matchups, favorable or not. It seems like Yasuo can either be a difficult or easy lane depending on how aggressive he is. If he dashes away from my daggers towards me I have to use my W to at least trade back. Avoiding the tornado is child's play though with resetting Shunpo. Once he starts E'ing excessively it becomes damn difficult to land her passive (spins) on him. Help...? I believe my knowledge and experience on this match up are hindering my ability to play it effectively. Is this a skill lane? Does one counter the other? Id really appreciate some advice.
