Do I need to remind people that Worlds is being played on the previous patch?

Worlds isn't an accurate measurement of the current game state.

And both those champions has been nerfed since then.

nope, both were nerfed in the worlds patch. 5.19 had nearly no changes, not a huge difference to worlds patch http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-519-notes only the mf buff, devourer for ranged nerf and some bugfixes that probaby have been done on the worldspatch aswell. and the Leashing change for jungle, which actually might have had some impact...but probably not, hard to judge.

Both are still broken tier so it is accurate

Morde has an 89.8% ban rate, and I'm pretty sure a 100% winrate(though only 1 or 2 games right?), and one-shots people. Sorry but, does Gangplank one shot people? No? Okay, just making sure.

no but a cannon barage bot while beeing top, with way lower cd than the dragon and not the condition that you rather than your enemie take that dragon... also, morde can't really do anithing at bot while dragon is top, other than afk in the brush, cause every order to morde will also be an order to the dragon, so if you Aa a minon but, your dragon atempts to get there and attack that aswell.

why are people talking about gangplank as if he is op in so many ways.

guys, its one thing. for once its only one part of his kit that is ridiculous. the barrels. they do stupid damage.

his kit is perfectly designed to allow him to split push, overcome his trash early game with gold income (similar to twisted fate), and outplay his opponent with barrel placement/oranges.

but the problem is while the barrels ARE hard to land, they still do way way too much damage. I've seen a 3 item GP win a team fight single handedly with one barrel chain placed just right. which is ridiculous as it is not an ultimate ability such as fiddlesticks or kennen ulti. it does similar damage and unlike his oranges....that is not k.

he will definitely be fixed after worlds. but don't call for gutting a champion. everyone when they call for nerfs I get annoyed because rather than focus on what they feel is "op" they just list everything that champion does well. Its like "this champion has all these advantages, get rid of them"

its like ok, then what is this champion going to do? laugh?
