Soraka's heal should be a skillshot

That'd give it some depth instead of just spamming all your heals at once, I approve

Interesting mechanic, but it would just make an immobile champion more immobile. Karthus is a champion that doesn't really need mobility, he just needs good positioning/timing, whereas Soraka absolutely needs to move around to be effective. Making her ult a channel would do more harm than good to her.
