Just had to go against a Thresh/Blitz premade bot lane

It wasn't fun for me or my team. Not cool at all. What do you guys get out of it for doing that? It's just a cheap way to win games by ruining the enemy's game.

Also, Riot, please get the Solo Q out soon. I'm tired of getting premades, and especially getting a ton of Diamond/Plat players. I even was paired with them when I wasn't even level 30 yet.

EDIT: I don't know why you are downvoting. Probably might be the premade lovers that are doing it, but still. It's not cool.

Im confused! There is no rule that you couldn't have a thresh/blitz bot. I played against this before sometime last year. It happens. FYI they lost I didn't think it was crazy strong.

Ahem. We lost. They won. Sure there isn't a rule per se but it's breaking the meta and makes people hate playing against those who do it.

Ask yourself this question: How does the meta change?

Answer: People break the meta, it works and then everyone starts doing it.

Examples: Elise bot lane is slowly becoming a thing. How about Thresh top Bard jungle

The reason you are annoyed is because you did not know how to adapt to the situation. Now that you have seen it you can come up with ways to counter play it.

Sorry didn't mean to assume I am honestly just having a hard time wrapping my mind around what you are saying.

Instead of me arguing about the thresh/blitz bot combo maybe its not the combo that bothers you but the premade dominance. What I mean is lets say we had the old system and you had two people that really wanted support and they wouldn't budge and one picked thresh and the other picked blitz and you proceeded to wipe the floor with them. If this happened I am guessing you would be laughing at their troll pick and would have never made this post.

This did not happen though because they were a premade and used their increase synergy to destroy everyone. What makes it worse is they did it with 2 champs that are not "meta" which feels like it should have been a "weaker" bot lane than yours. Its like being killed in Call of Duty by some dude with a knife when you have a gun. (Again I am not putting words in your mouth just trying to get to the root of the complaint)

Now I made a post a few days ago that got 0 comments about the matching system. I went from winning most of my games to losing most of my games. I had 4 games strait where I couldn't land a single skill shot, not with blitz, not with morg, and I couldn't even walk up with braum and land a Q. Everyone dodged everything. To make matters worse my team comps have been miserable. I had a team mate in one game arguing we shouldn't group because if we do we run the risk of the other team getting a penta. The other team though was a well organized machine.

I feel there needs to be some tuning to the matching system because something does not feel right.

It's the combo that bothers me along with the premade. This doesn't feel right at all.

When the meta is so oppressive, don't be surprised to run into groups practicing antimeta tactics.

Yep, the game isn't very fun right now. All you get is good groups vs bad groups. Also, if you solo-q as support or adc, there is a high chance the enemy team has a duo bot, which means that you insta-lose. Not fun.

But I mean, Rito thinks it's fun to play videogames with friends. I though the whole point of having friends is having the opportunity to socialize with them and not play videogames.... I guess Rito is right though.
