Riot needs to upgrade their Punishment System. Here is why:

We see a LOT of people in the boards, in nearly every section that is not "Memes and games" state that they are mad over some people getting away with being really rude, insulting, feeding and trolling.

In My post i want to discuss the first 2 of the 4 addressed Points.

And No, this is not some rant, this is something i have actually conducted a test to underline such.

The Punishment System as it stands is way too filled with Loopholes and ways to completely escape it, because as we know, the reports first trigger an Investigation, which i highly assume is conducted by a Bot or a Program of sorts. The Problem is, a lot of those reports get away easily. Hell, every time you see someone in the boards claim they have been falsely banned, they all have one Thing in common. and only 1 Thing really.

Their Chat Logs contain DIRECTLY USED VULGAR EXPRESSIONS AND HATESPEECHES. You will RARELY Ever see someone reported just for pure tilt, and even less someone who would on the boards Showcase that.

I addressed earlier that i ran my own "Test" For this case, if you have read this far.

And I Actually tested it. For the last 7 Days i have been a COMPLETE Dick to almost every enemy composition i have faced in Normals. Of course, such was not real but i did not let them know in order for it to be as believable as possible. I Called people over all chat pathetic, losers and sometimes even more direct addressions like Scum, BUT I have Never used direct Insults. And Guess what? I GOT AWAY WITH EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY 50+ TOXIC PERFORMANCES.

Yeah, i know it is probably self-harming to say this right now because someone will come her say "No you were actually toxic, you just use this as an excuse to apologize yourself." We all know how the boards work, someone has to always villanize people that address a real Problem.

And This is a Real Problem. I Am Here standing as the living proof that you can get away with ANY Toxic behaviour IF it does not include direct Insults or any hatespeech. I Have never called anyone an A.sshole, Not a Fa.ggot Either and definetly Not more stereotypical Terms like Subhuman Ape (RiP Old Udyr Insults) but i have been a douchebag that should have been taken really serious, and i did get reported a fair share of times, and i find it not okay that you can legit Outplay the entire punishment system like that.

Hell, i sometimes see people who are GLOBALLY KNOWN To be Toxic get away after having thoroughly expressed themselves in my games and they get away each time aswell, because they simply know what words not to use.

Riot, with this post, i am with utmost heart and soul BEGGING YOU To Upgrade your Report System to punish more accurately and properly. Why do you even have a "Unsportsmanlike Behaviour" Report reason if it has not punished a single Person?
