Terrible idea, what the fuck? Then remove Riven's ability to go over the wall, Quinn's, Ekko's, Kindred's.

There is no reason she shouldn't be allowed to jump over walls. It is her main spell to catch, chase, and escape, and her only mobility spell, and it has a short distance that it moves her. It can already only go over certain walls, not even all of them.
