Genuinely think some version of DFG would be nice to have back

It wasn't a good fit for League at the time, but considering the kinds of items we have now it honestly isn't out of place. I don't think the exact numbers it had when it was removed are quite right, but some form of AP assassin item would be cool considering there aren't any AP items that are currently geared specifically towards assassins.
