I mean honestly, almost every patch this year has made him stronger due to bugs. Rework the poor guy already.

Here's my idea for a teemo rework

Passive - If teemo stands still and takes no actions for 1.5 seconds, he gets a bright neon sign above his head pointing out where he is. After removing the sign, teemo gains I'M RIGHT HERE, decreasing his attack speed by 20/40/60/80% for 10 seconds. Q - Teemo shoots himself with a blinding dart, dealing 70/125/170/215/260 (+160% AP) magic damage and blinds himself, making all of his attacks miss for 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 seconds W - Grants 10/14/18/22/26% decreased movement speed E - Each time teemo attacks an enemy, his darts bounce back and hit him, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+30% AP) magic damage on hit and 6/12/18/24/30 (+10% AP) each second for 40 seconds. The damage stacks with each subsequent hit. R - Teemo eats a poisonous mushroom, killing himself and disabling the use of his laugh or mastery sign.

He'll probably be about as useful as he was before, just a lot less annoying.

Do you honestly think any ability that damages teammates would be less annoying than anything that exists now? As if teammates running down mid wasn't bad enough

You're right, that's too much. I got rid of his shrooms killing his teammates. That should be just about balanced now.

teemo is probably going to be the hardest rework of all time for riot.

he would be sion, evelynn, katarina, karma combined into one nightmare remake.

teemo has easily 5 gameplay identities, and equal fans for each and taking away any will result in a massive exodus of player QQ threads on the forums.

i feel bad for the designer that will remake teemo, because no matter what at least 60% of the people that main teemo will be unhappy with the remake.
