To be fair, this thing started way before, when some people started saying that "Riot can't make a Pool Party Annie skin because that could be considered sexualizing children".
I don't know if this is true at all, but I have read it many times as the reason to no create a Pool Party Annie skin.
Also, when Zoe lore was revealed, many people mentioned that saying "she looks 12 but is actually 3,000 years old" is a tipical excuse for lolis in certain anime subgenres.
I don't know if people have been watching too much weird hentai lately or something, but yeah, I have read this kind of comments in different threads many times. For example, yesterday I read someone saying that Zoe's lore was an excuse so they can make skins like Pool Party Zoe without starting a controversy.
swim suits being "sexualization" is usually really stupid. its the reason so many female beach skins are wetsuits or sunbather's outfits. PP
