Help me find a champion

So I'm trying to find a champion to be my second level 7 champion. I main Yasuo with near 1million exp. I'm looking for a champion whose kit would be considered along the lines of a superman type character. A brawler. Are there any champions in the game who are more basic attack reliant, do a fair amount of damage, have kits to rely on outplaying the champion while doing more basic damage rather than depending on kit damage. I know it sound a odd, but I just can't explain it right. I haven't found this type of champion in game. Any advice?
