Everytime a new broken thing appears in toplane, the number of issues just keep increasing

Everytime there's a fresh, new overpowered champ release/rework/new build that appears in toplane, it just gets on top of every single other busted champions until a new thing just gets even more overpowered and also gets on te top of the pile.

It's been years now that this "pile" of toplane balance issues just keeps getting higher and the biggest problem with it is that, even if you remove the problem on the top of the pile, you have something equally busted who emerges from under it after sleeping for god knows how long.

Nerf problematic bruisers like and ? More ranged toplaners will just come back. Nerf ranged toplaners? Toplane tanks will come back. Nerf toplane tanks? Toplane assassins will come back. Those are not in particular order, just saying that something WILL comeback whenever a problem gets removed.

Just to be clear; pretty much anything that has been busted in toplane in the last few years, with some exceptions, are STILL busted but they are slept on simply because more busted things got implemented over them, leading to a vicious circle of powercreeping metas after metas. Riot should make the defusing of this pile of constant errors and bad decision making a priority instead of making it worse every single season as if it would be a personnal challenge of theirs.
