I don't think it's broken at all. I feel his passive and or damage is more broken than anything. What do you guys think? Why is his windwall broken? And yes i know it stops auto attacks and projectiles but it can be waited out just like Kayle's ult

yes, pantheon also fits into this category. He was originally designed to be and basically still is an assassin. But he isn't allowed to have nice things because of this as well

His passive crit bonuses are the most important part of his kit and will never be taken away because Riot understands the champion they made better than you do.
It's in place to make it so that he has to heavily invest in damage. For that brief period where he didn't have to invest in much damage or any crit he was turbo cancer.
