So jungle question
If I am a jungler, is my primary focus now farm and hunt down the enemy jungler (possibly in his own jungle)? Seems dangerous to gank lanes after they hit six when my levels are much lower than theirs.

It depends on your Champion. They all have different strengths to play off of and goals they want to achieve. What you said is primarily true for high aggro Jungles like Xin Zhao, Kindred, Udyr, or sometimes Rengar. On the other end of the spectrum, a scaling carry type champ like Shyvana, Yi, or Karthus mostly just want to optimize their full clears.
What Junglers do you play?
Basically just accept you are a second support. Pick heavy cc and camp top lane as it’s going to remain the only lane that matters.
