It's that all other ADCs are overpowered.

Nerf them all and Ezreal will be in a fine spot, stop trying to buff him.

He's perfectly balanced in relation to other roles (top/mid/supp/jungle)

Hes not balanced, hes underpowered. Hes not late game, hes a single target marksman, and does little to no damage on tanks or anyone with a shield. He needs buffs to compensate for his weakness.

And we're in a meta where people grab tons of tanks and shielders to enhance and protect their ADC. What do you think would happen if Ezreal is buffed to compete with that, then the Support items get nerfed? He'll be too strong then.

you clearly misinterpretted and downvoted for no reason. HE DOES NO DAMAGE is what I'm trying to say. The meta is shifted to tanks and burst ranged carries excluding Draven, but he compensates with damage, healing and peeling. Ezreal is unable to contest in a teamfight other than using his ult and sitting back, hoping no one goes on him.. With the current position he is in, he does need buffs to compensate to not being able to do anything but sit back and watch the teamfight from afar.

EDIT: We also call testing the buffs "Using the PBE before putting it on live servers :)"
