Can she become a mana hungry champion? Meaning she needs to rush Tears or something? Deathdance literally makes her unkillable and every pros keep rushing Deathdance on Kai'sa, it's really getting out of hands.

They changed her Q so that it counts as AoE and she gets 33% effect from DD.
Her Q only ever gave her a lot of healing when it hit a bunch of minions because it deals full damage to them and double if they are low. Against champs it was never that crazy.
She's still OP because the actual OP things about her were untouched.
