Riot Why not make a Jungle class? stop balancing items!

I see a lot of balance but towards balancing jungle items so they will be the only ones to use them. Why do you think Riot doesn't just make a Jungler class of champs? People best suited in the jungle because they were built specifically for it. You could putt certain buffs directly on champs so the buff would be stupid to take in lane. They could code the map so Jungler lost strength if they left the jungle for too long. Good bye lee sin. Go learn some new tricks. You aren't the strongest go-to anymore.

Stroud: The Survivor. Strong Sustain J'bafii: The Shadow Beast. Extended Buff time and stealth Drahegas: The Tamer. Leashes jungle creeps to his will. He won't be coming for you alone. Riveara: The jungle Queen. I would not advise counter jungling. She can see into bushes.

you could play them as laners but you would be kind of trolling cause some of their passives would only work in the jungle. I keep seeing talk about cinderhulk, smite this or that, combo too oppressive. I would rather see a jungler come out of the jungle for a few seconds of devastation than see lane champ dominating with jungle Items. I don't see a big prob but I am one of those supps that took chilling smite when there was only one charge. People were calling me out for trolling "TAKE EXHAUST! or drop" WHY Chilling smite has a lower cooldown I can use it like a 5th spell. Now they know the truth.

Jungle MAIN champs. Better way to make good junglers that can use jungle Items that have been balanced to the jungle without those items being op in lane. And wouldn't it just be cool to see some Jungle talent that looked like they were born for the role? Good idea or bad?
