whats the status on those liss buffs?

Can someone who is up to to date either tell me or link the dev post regarding the latest update on the liss buffs?

We were promised buffs in like january which then took months to form into what looked to be a buff although they weren't solving either of her primary problems (which were initial burst and survivability to live long enough to do further damage to secure a target) but the whole passive statue explosion on kill thing was better than nothing. I was busy over summer and the last record i have of mention was february 9th with no mention through march 30th and now after coming back to league i looked all the way back through august and didnt see anything. Last i heard they were "waiting on the art department" and that may have been in june (although i dont remember for sure) but that seems a very ridic amount of time to wait for a single buff.

They delayed it because it wasn't ready visually or balance wise and they didn't want to push it out before worlds patch. So it should be a month or so down the road maybe preseason.

Thanks for the update, pardon my rant below.

classic fucking riot bullshit. They ignore her since 2015 then pushout some halfassed concept that doesnt even address the real problem and then shit around the bush for 8 months and then use their stupid esport bs to further neglect her for another like 2 months. And yet they can arbitrarily nerf champs for worlds and push out more and more skins for popular champs but they cant buff 1 passive and get the animations for it in like 9 months. Thats just being willfully lazy on their part. Yet again lissandra is left to languish in niche mediocrity.

Don't worry I feel you. Karma update has been announced and being worked on for months now. They also said they will more than likely not bring back her fans. (Idk why those idiots got rid of them in the first place) Also their has been no feedback on what is going on just that they want her to feel a little bit like old Karma again. I want my fans back either give them back with this iteration of Karma or revert her so I can have them back.
