People who refuse to report an enemy team intentional feeder

MrSc0tty·4/22/2015, 4:35:26 PM·70 votes·4,551 views

"Lol it's a normal who cares if he was using Gragas ult to save us from your skillshots and intentionally feeding your lane, lol salty stop being so srs."

Funny how these are also the people who complain about people looking them up on lolking and intentionally feeding because they're in their promos.

Gosh, where DO these assholes get the idea that this kind of stuff is funny instead of dickish?

99.9% of these 'report feeding pls' don't know what's intentional feeding is.

If someone runs into turret 10 times in 10 minuteS. That's intentional feeding.

losing a lane 0/5 is NOT feeding. getting ganked and die 5 times is NOT feedIng.

and I'm not reporting anyone because you harassed and made them incooporate. In fact, I'd report you fobeing toxic.

See, I rarely ever see anyone ever actually intentionally feed. Maube one out of every sixty or seventy games. I will see people who perform badly, and people will just shout "REPORT FOR FEEDING!!!"

And when I see those people, I feel more inclined to report the person asking for a report, rather than the player who performed badly. I understand everyone has off days and won't always perform well. I also understand not everyone has the same definiton for what is good and what is bad, so I will NEVER harrass someone for performing poorly.

I imagine how bad I'd feel if someone did that to me. And I see it so often, someone will go 1/8/1 or something along those lines and people beg for you to report them. I feel that as far as communities go, the LoL community is seen as horrible, and the way to change that is to show kindness, understanding, and don't tolerate intolerance.

This isn't to say that what the OP mentions never happens, because I've seen that too, where someone does intentionally feed, and you get the "lol who cares, not my problem scrub." But the rant is for both sides. Try to use fair judement, and most imporantly, don't be a dick (Not say the OP is either.)

I report them unless the enemy team spams 18 times "report X" or if they trash-talk. Spamming to report an AFKer / feeder comes off as passive-aggressive reminders of "you wouldn't be winning if we didn't have an AFKer / feeder," which is similar to trash-talking, in which case I can't blame their teammate for screwing over those types of people.

Few games ago had a person call supp early and pick Anivia. I was ADC MissF and it became clear by level 3 it was purely a troll Anivia. Backfired, though. Our top laner did well and because the enemy bots were so cocky having realized Anivia was helping them they dove me under tower and gave me a double. Lane then went in my favor. So Anivia starts feeding bot lane so their Jinx would get fed.

Their reaction? Whenever Anivia did something to benefit them they'd thank her in all chat. Her troll walls and free kills tipped it in their favor and they just barely won. Then proceeded to thank Anivia and said they'd honor her.

Love the majority of LoL's community.

Wouldn't make much difference if they did. The only thing rito cares about is "omg he called me bad word". Bad word being "plz don't chase the tank".

Worse than the people refusing to report are the people who kill the feeder every chance they get. Especially when it's super obvious the guy is feeding.

One game we had a Zilean feeder who would speed down mid lane over and over to feed, and the enemy Yasuo was just killing him over and over... We even all chatted to ask him to stop taking the kills and he just kept going.

No shame.

I'll report an obvious troll, no matter the team.

But if a team begs me to report a player after what I saw was just a horrible play after quite a few minutes of decent, consistent good play, I'm going to ignore their salty cries.

Reporting should be made through good judgment, and I have to use mine. I won't absolutely refuse, but I won't just report a player because I was told to.

Nameless Voice4/23/2015, 5:02:16 PM3 votes

If you ask me to report an intentional feeder:

  1. If I clearly saw them intentional feeding or trying to assist us, I will report.
  2. If the situation is ambiguous and I can't really tell, I won't report.
  3. If it's fairly clear that they were playing badly but not doing so on purpose, I will report the person doing the asking.

I agree I hate that. What I hate more is when someone is feeding intentionally and the other team doesn't see how it's intentionally feeding. For example this one game my bot lane gave up and the ADC, a caitlyn, decided to just run down mid lane over and over and over. Of course the enemy team kept getting her and killing her. It was after the lanning phass and the enemy team kept saying 'she was just getting caught out' Getting caught out and feeding is different.

"gragas ulting out of your skill shot"

we all know you just saw them make a mistake and instantly started raging and thinking they did it on purpose

enjoy your chat restrictions

2pudge1cup4/23/2015, 4:12:51 PM2 votes

The thing is that most of the time someone is like "repot feder" the other player is just having a bad game. Maybe the gragas player was new and messed up a few ults. Maybe you were being an ass to gragas so he lost focus.

I don't know about your situation personally. I just know that the overwhelming majority of the time there's a "feeder" it isn't intentional.

Had a game the other day where the two most fed people on our team decided to afk after they couldn't get the surrender vote to pass, while we still had a very distinct chance to win (neither team had more than one inhibitor down and we had taken theirs first). The other team refused to report the two of them for afk because "they tried to carry you noobs". Meanwhile I have more assists than the two of their kills combined after spending most of the early game trying to get Zed snowballing, rip

i still find it funny that tribunal has been down for the last 8 months... the riot complains saying they are back logged with case files.. open up Tribunal so we can get these trolls out of the game...

Honestly, I'd trust the enemy team to judge your intentional feeder over you. Your example sounds legit, but there's a lot of cases where I've personally devoured a lane and the enemy team gets in all chat and asks us to report the player, even though the player did nothing to continuously feed aside from being in lane against a swain who was ahead of him.

Carpe Victoria4/23/2015, 7:17:35 PM1 votes

I've had enemy team people tell my team they honored our feeder...

i was in a ranked game last night was totally owning in the jungle and then i look towards bot for a gank for anivia and vayne and right when i go to dash ult ani puts a wall up right after i dash i dash into the wall drop the ult and miss everything for the rest of the game anyone backing or running got a wall placed on top of them and ani just watched them die Summoner name KKjames who even mains support yeah im not the best player in the game but im trying to up my score and run into people like kkjames we went from a 7/0 start to a 7/15 loss and yet nobody on the other team even spoke a word just told us we all suck shouldnt be playing league and to uninstall this is just childish and stupid and a waste of game time when im a very busy person

Taw2264/23/2015, 9:37:52 PM1 votes

McSco0tty was there a point or idea you were trying to get across in your post or was it to vent? Sorry if you mentioned it somewhere along this feed, I was wasting my time reading anything after roughly the 4th reply so I just figured I'd ask. Thanks

JChaosMaster4/23/2015, 9:53:41 PM1 votes

I never report for int feeding. I have had plenty of games where I die alot. My avarage is +5 deaths. I cant help I play unpowered squishy champs. I also get ganked a lot. If I don't die that much then they really suck.

I do report feeder boots every time.

If you have players who will commonly run ghost and heal, free champ, and charge mid then you have a hacker bot. These bot are there to farm account to sell later.

I think one of the problems is that your reporting power gets diluted after so many reports. At least that's what I have heard around the boards. I get grouped with so many trolls and toxics that need to be reported, that sometimes it's hard for me to report someone on the enemy team. That said, for a strictly intentional feeder.. I'd prob still report them. Hope your luck gets better
