Riot what "counterplay" are you adding to vangards and divers to make them not threaten marksmen?
I know you have something in mind considering some of them are able to effectively beat marksmen in most situations.

Irelia Bot1 votesConsidering some of the assassin reworks I would not be surprised if riot made vangards not have the CC to stun marksmen and tankyness to survive them for a little longer and divers unable to all in them and likely win.
Variks the Loyal1 votesIf someone gets in melee range of a Marksman, the someone should win. This is only not true if the Marksman in question is Graves.
If a Diver or Vanguard or Assassin closes the gap on the Marksman, and both are evenly matched, the Marksman should lose. It's the way it should be, and it's why Marksman generally have a Support follow them around.
