So how do you Panth v Ryze?

I've been trying to weave Q's between his passive procs, but since he can just spam Q even without hitting anything, it's hard to deal actual damage through his shield. And then I can't W to back off because he just uses his own W. I can E, but that doesn't help at lvl 4 or 5.
