Remove/Nerf Irelia Passive?

Okay, so we can all admit that Irelia is at least a little bit OP(a lot now with the new Guinsoo's). I mean, she's tanky, but can jump to your back line easily with her mobility and burst down your carry without much hope of them getting away with her slow/stun. Most champs like this are countered by CC or something... but not Irelia. She has tenacity. A LOT. Combined with Merc Tread's and Swiftness mastery she gets 75% Tenacity(or is it multiplied? Either way its at least like 55% or something), not to mention with Swiftness her 15% slow resistance to add, so its extremely hard to lock her down long enough for it to matter because she's generally so tanky and has a lot of sustain with her W.

So I think if they don't nerf anything else about Irelia, they should at the least nerf her tenacity. Its pretty OP and negates most CC alone, let alone with Merc Treads. The best you can do is counter her with a displacement champion like Alistar, and having to pick from a pool of maybe 5 different champs to peel her off isn't really counterplay if you ask me.
