The problem isn't Quinn like a lot of people like to think, the damage in this game has gone up drastically.

I made a post about Wukong being sleeper OP before the runes even got changed. Now that the runes power creeped everything, people are finally recognizing how cancerous Wukong is.
no the problem is Quinn, lol. she was strong then; she just had a miniscule play rate. Suddenly, she's one of the only marksmen(and I use this term for her very loosely as she's actually more of an assassin) left untouched by Riot's sweeping nerfs to the entirety of the whole class though and people start playing her. She's always had a high(like 55%) WR in top lane but people who complained about her would get shot down because of her tiny play rate. She's honestly a good poster child for playrate =/= OPness. Because nothing about her has changed, not even her win rate. But she's suddenly played a ton and that's when people decide she's OP.
It's because tanks are not meta.
