Quinn is one of the deadliest champs, why do I only see her about every 400 games?
I'm kinda glad shes not being touched because someone would probably complain for a nerf and destroy her, but I have never seen a quinn main in almost a year.

She's not that good. The only good about her now is how strong lethality is again, so she can only shot again.
I hate her when I'm melee, can't do anything against her
Might sound like a stupid answer yet also kind of honest answer? Quinn mains hate quinns playstyle ever since the rework. We all pray for a revert and for valor to make a comeback. I personally tried to make new quinn work for me but i just cant do it. Roaming used to feel amazing once you hit 6. Sure quinn can still roam but it just does not feel as good as when you roamed as valor.
They nerfed her to the point where first time Quinns can't rekt with her anymore. That's why she isn't getting played.
Because you are putting a squishy assasin character with no cc on top lane. Unless your jungler/ support is tanky and has cc, you basically fk your team over.
She's always been unpopular because she is really outside the meta.
Aside from that they need to revert her until she gets a real rework. Also there are probably more Quinn mains than Sivir, Urgot, and Varus mains.
