But she is good depending on who plays her and how the match is. She isn't a hard champ to kill for adc, mid, jg, and top if you're building the right things.

I main Mordekaiser who happens to eat her alive. But I'm not Meta or Even a decent champion soo I can see why people have problems
I don't have a issue with her. yeah she is probably overtuned but she is much more fun to play against than 
Nope, but she has the same problem yasuo and Fiora have. Doesn't matter how hard you shut them down, lol and behold, she left lane and got a double kill and started snowballing because no one knows how to deal with them.
