Highlights for me -Q now gives a flat 25% movement speed buff. HOLY crap that early game buff -E now refunds mana again, YES!!! -Q dmg is increase to better than pre-rework as long as you actually interact with your opponent and not just spam Q trying to bully them out with that 850 range

Bad things -Passive still weird
