It really doesnt do that much damage unless youre silly and let her AA you a lot. Her E rewards her for doing her job.

Hurricane allows for on-hit effects (such as her E) to be activated by the extra arrows. This is intended. Stop complaining pls.

Plus you can't spam her E as it's kinda mana-expensive AND if you're building hurricane (and other attack speed) that means you're obviously not building AD and therefore she needs some way to do damage. Hurricane+E fills that role. If you think that combo is too strong then maybe suggest a damage nerf on her E instead of removing a unique champion-item interaction
