Rammy's Taunt
I feel the secondary effect of Rammus's taunt isn't very useful. It gives him a small amount of armor pen, which would stack with his passive, except he can only get in 2 or 3 auto attacks. This is only useful for other AD's if they attack RIGHT when you taunt.
This is especially bad because I'm suppose to max this first, compared to my W that gives me more damage, tankiness, jungle clear, and allows me to survive in the jungle longer. Even my Q gets a lower cooldown for more escape, utility, damage, and mobility. It even gets an increased slow and has a high base damage. All leveling the taunt does is make it last .25 seconds longer and increase the pen by 5. You have to level it twice to get a significant effect out of leveling it!
This needs to be fixed. My suggestions are to make the ult do this for mr as well or make the target take % more damage, but I'm open to anything.
