i think shen needs a visual update

what shen needs is to have his ability costs toned down a little one e only leaves you with the bare minimum amount of energy to cast either your q or your e and maybe your ult but only if you ulted then e'd

I think he could do with a rework to go in with the visual update

He needs a major overhaul. His stats are one thing. Energy costs on his E are punishing. He's hilariously squishy compared to other tanks. But general presentation has been unfavorable. He doesn't say much and he has no interactions with Akali, Kennen, or Zed. Do I need to bring up the fact his Warlord skin doesn't have the glowing eyes?
