Should ruit slightly cut the DUO EXP early game ?

I really feel like this needs to be addressed.

Clearly, Riot wants Bot lane to have a bigger impact. More importantly, they wanted support lane to be more "fun" so they buffed it. They did this by increasing gold incoming, experience gained, and buffing the support item. They even made sure that there was no gold sink on the support role any more by removing the need to constantly re-stock on ward with gold.

I really think to shift some power to solo lane for early game, Riot should nerf the exp gain in duo lane.
