Someone in a game told me they took crit off garen's E... i may or may not have been building full crit
So I sold everything and went assassin garen... he begged me to go back to crit but....
anyways is this true i can't find a patch of it, or was he trolling me?

Just tested it, and it can the new one gives him a stack per spin, might be Twor tbh
