What would you do?

In these 2 games I was matched with the same support player, Tahm Kench. In the first game he afk'd for 5 minutes, and then walked into lane where he pretty much suicided because of a bad call he made when he engaged on enemy Caitlyn who was 2 or 1 levels above him. Eventually he left the lane to go mid to what I assumed was to help our Mordekaiser but where instead he continued to feed there.
Next game I got matched with him again, and everyone was overall not doing well and then when I went to mid lane to defend the tower he ate me and threw me at the enemy Caitlyn and Lux and walked away laughing that also got him killed in the process.
Then many games before these two, I was matched with players that were not new as I did ask them and they were also not doing well, but they were not doing so well to the point where it did look that they were intentionally feeding...
To anyone who is going to say "don't play blind" I don't have a choice, I can't play draft because I don't own 20 champions. (Really wish Riot would remove that requirement, since you can just play any champion that is free during the free champion rotation).
Thing is the logical thing to do if you see that there is no chance of winning a game where the score is 27/3, to surrender but some people like to keep you as long as possible in that game.
What would you do in a case where every game is like this? Has matchmaking become this bad?
