@Riot - About the new 120AP Shiv

I'm really excited about the new 120AP item that reacts the same way as the Statik Shiv... The movement speed will be nice for these other immobile mages like Zyra, etc. It will also be a great addition to a Swain build with his ult...

Just one question though - Will things such as Zyra's plants proc the shiv charges or no?
