I like Vi in that regard. You need to wait for some key cool downs (because Vi is a bruiser that can't take total focus for very long) then ult straight onto the carry.

Use the Ult-AA-E-Q-AA-E combo and they will blow right up.

Probably the best choice for this in any situation is Olaf. His ult makes it so he can ignore everything and just run straight to the ADC.

Vi, Jarvan, Zac, Khazix if pretty fed, Elise. Really anything with high mobility and can either do huge burst damage or create a clear focus on the ADC. Khazix, Elise, Jarvan even Vi do huge burst if built properly. Vi, Zac, and Jarvan as well have abilities that create a focus, such as Vi's path carving, Jarvan's ring, or Zac literally bringing them back into your team.

Basically any champion that can jungle well and has a good gap closer, mobility, or the ability to surprise attack well. And yes, Gnar can jungle. Even more so now with his insane healing ability and boomerang damage. The slow on his boomerang is great for ganks.
