It did. the change only makes it weaker if you aren't investing into making it stronger. but now it will be even stronger for it at that point.

Overtuned compared to other support items.

It's usually not good on any other than supports.

As a Sup[port player, you are full of it TC. Not only was Redemption in desperate need of changes, it be just as strong if not stronger on its core users.
