Yes, they already announced it will be released in the 7.69 patch that will also remove Yasuo from the game and present the first widely accepted Roster Update alongside successful Vel'Koz rework.

I'm a Mastery Level 6 Vel'Koz Main, and I really don't see anything wrong with him, and if it's the true damage passive, it's easily countered due to his lack of mobility. My point is that Vel'Koz's rework isn't something that should be called into question. Did you really think I didn't read up on you? In my eyes, you were some agitated Vel'Koz main that believed he was fine where he was until Riot added a bunch of stuff they didn't need to (most likely because I've seen too many of those Rengar posts, you know the ones). I thought you were someone who got stuck in the past and hated the new stuff just because it was different. My point wasn't that you didn't know it, but that you were ignoring it in favor of the "negative" aspects. Of course I didn't take your post seriously, it's obvious you were trying to make a joke. But the way you worded it made you seem like you were trying to chime in rather than make some witty comeback. You sounded like you were on the side of the Half Life 3 commenter, rather than trying to tell him off. Overall, there were obviously shortcomings on both of our parts (your miscommunication, my misinterpretation), and I think we should just abandon the issue.

if ahead in farm amd with a little help from hit teamates he could easily win the game, passive was THE statstick of statstick passives, q w and e were minions that each did their own thing, and ur ulty was a shaco ulty with a zil ulty stapled on. and he build pretty much everything on hit, so unless you chain cc him or run away faster than he could chase, you were a gonner

edit: also nobody knew how to play sgainst him because they never saw him

So is caitlyns current passive both of jayces paasives and darius' passive yorick had to do management of his ghouls most players mistake was ignoring the ghouls and they were horribly bugged to the point they spent half their up times standing doing nothing often.

Yorick was easily countered though not widely known kill his ghouls first when i used to say this i got in response 'why should i have to kill his ghouls i just want to hit the champion' id have prefered riot just saying kill his ghouls first over this rework . At least the swarn version they had sounded interesting if not just like wraith king from dota 2

I don't agree with old Yorick being easily countered. Cho and Trundle were the few that could sustain through Yorick. You basically couldn't go near the champ due to the ghouls. It was just a terrible kit for everyone.

As i said the counter to old yorick was to kill his 2 hit ghouls. It is an easy counter it was not a commonly known counter. People fought him through his ghouls when he gets damage reduction and extra damage while they are alive and wondered why they lost the fight. They fought to his strength and wondered why the lost

The thing is though, it wasn't reasonable to simply kill his ghouls all the time because he could easily cast 3 ghouls by spamming his abilities in range which takes quite a bit to kill - the whole time you're taking damage while he's healing and pushing the lane out pushing and sustaining you. That's why Trundle and Cho did well against him because his ghouls dying would sustain them. The problem with old Yorick was that it wasn't interactive to constantly be fighting ghouls while Yorick CSed and healed, which would just auto push and win his lane, only to fall off mid/late game using his ult that no one knew how to use properly. There were so many things toxic about his gameplay. But ya, the old saying was 'Yorick walks into a bar, there is no counter', not a 'good Yorick' because the skillfloor was so low on that champion to begin with!

Only ghoul Yorick could constantly keep up is the 1 from his q and it was rarely maxed first by Yorick players because e has sustain on it. Ghouls from W E and R all had a significant down time and if people insist todays mages dont rapid fire spells constantly despite not being ryze Yoricks Q which was his shortest cooldown spell didnt have as low a cooldown as most mages combos. Running from yorick hoping the ghouls die isnt smart because then his spells will be back soon you have to kill his ghouls and fight him you dont have to kill all but standing in all isnt smart. Malzahar does the same thing but stronger. Most of yoricks damage is front loaded into the spell cast not the ghouls so running from the ghouls after 70%Of the damage is already dealt is redundant.

my roomate was mastery lvl 7 the month that system was introduced, he would solo carry 4v5s if the enemy gave him the chance to outscale. zzrot SV and deadmans for tankyness with titanic and manamune would just destroy towers with the help of his minions and nobody could kill him unless they all jumped him, even then with his ult he would get at least 3 of thdm before dieing for good

maby switch out deadmans and titanis for iceborn and ravenous if the enemr was mobile

Well its been confirmed that he'll get a skin in the next 11 months or so. And since the fiasko with Ao shin and the magma chamber they seem to have learned their lesson and only do these announcements when something is rather far in production(Aurelion was said to come out in the first half of 2016 and he came out in march already).

I started a game today, and someone was like "nice skins everyone." I thought for a moment as I stood there with Yorick's base skin, and realized that I had his best skin. So I said thank you.

I hope not... after all this time he at least deserves a better theme than the "idk what else to do with this champion let's group him up with w/e " not asking for an ultimate but at least something with more style. Pool party is over played already.
