I'm pretty sure it wasn't accidental.
I don't think Riot members just upload things without letting a team of members take a look at it first. I'm pretty sure this was intentional.

Not sure why she's getting a skin, no one plays Tristana so no one will buy the skin.
I'm not saying this can't be real, but for what i know, the ones getting the omega squad thematic are fiz, twitch and veigar.
This will be interesting, because this would conflict with a leak that has been mostly right up until now.
Here, it's listed that Omega Squad Twitch, Veigar, and Fizz will be coming out, not Tristana. TBH, I would rather have an Omega Squad Tristana than Omega Squad Fizz though.

Most people that complain about certain champions getting multiple skins... need to grow up. Seriously isn't it obvious why varus, garen and tristana get a bunch of skins why cassiopedia and yorick don´t?
When making skins, various aspects are considered:
Champion popularity (if a champion is played a lot, he/she will have more players to buy skins) Thematic maleability (characters like lee sin and tristana are easy to idealize skins for because of their in game assets, thematics and models without expendina ton of resources on them) How easy is it to make skins for characters (Yorick and Zyra don't get a ton of skins because it is harder to make skins for them, since they have more particles/models) What is the champions position in the update pipeline (Because it doesn't make much sense to work on a skin for a champ only to be updated 3 month later and work twice on it)
So yeah all those factor make it so that a champ may get way more skins than others. However I think Riot has dropped the ball in that they should make 1350 and 1800 tier skins for not so popular champions every now and then. That way they would ofset not selling as many skins by making more money for each skin they sell while keeping the fan base happy about not getting as many skins on say, cassio, because they already have a super aweasome 1800 tier skin for her

Just remember that there are many skins that are being tested. Having it be a rough could imply a simple model/texture change to see how is the feel.
If they release the omega squad skins before the star guardian skins I'm gonna script their flip.

Dear god I hope 
still gets the Omega Squad Skin. It just fits his thematic too damn well. Wasn't so sure about Fizz and Veigar tho.
While I like the idea of a OS Trist with her as like the Demolition specialist or something, she just got Bewitching Tristana or whatever it's called less than a year ago.
