oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesconsidering in jungle you dont face magic damage and you get free mr from your passive and you have no mana cost , flat cdr for that 7.5% cdr lvl one will make your clear faster
EndlessSorcerer2 votesI used to take 20% Scaling CDR on her in the jungle (Glyphs, 1 Quint).
While she works pretty well with the stat (Qs flat reduction is far more valuable, better W uptime), she can't really itemize for it easily.

personally i'd take cd pr level.
